STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Lines Factory ("the Outlet Store") and the purchase of any products or services offered therein. By accessing or using the Outlet Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Outlet Store.

1. Product Availability: All items sold in the Outlet Store are subject to availability. Due to the nature of the store selling leftover or additional stock, quantities may be limited and items may sell out quickly.

2. Condition of Items: Customers should be aware that some items may be imperfect, discontinued, or have minor flaws. All items are sold "as-is," and the Outlet Store does not offer exchanges or returns.

3. Pick-Up: We currently do not offer shipping. All purchased or reserved items must be picked up within 48 hours of confirmation.

4. Payment: Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, or any other acceptable methods. Cash payments are not accepted at the Outlet Store.

5. Pricing: Prices for items in the Outlet Store may be discounted from the original retail price. The Outlet Store reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.

6. Privacy Policy: The Outlet Store has a privacy policy in place that outlines how customer information is collected, used, and protected. This includes information such as name, address, email, and payment details.

7. Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed in the Outlet Store belong to the Outlet Store or its licensors. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.

8. Liability: The Outlet Store is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using or purchasing items from the store, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.
